Son Tra Peninsula also has another beautiful beach, the North Beach, located in the Northeast, which is often called the North Beach. This beach has two reefs: East and West. From around October to November of the lunar calendar every year, there will be a lot of dark green seaweed clinging to the rocks along the two reefs. Locals call this seaweed “jam”, a delicious specialty that can be eaten raw or cooked with anchovies or silver fish, which is quite interesting to eat.

Nestled in the north of Son Tra peninsula, near Cat Vang tourist area, Da Den beach is famous for its many large black rocks lying interspersed and stacked on top of each other, creating strange shapes. In particular, in the area of the rock beach, there are beautiful spaces that look like artificial lakes.

At Da Den beach, there is a grassy area that is not too wide but extremely flat, very convenient for building huts and camping. The sea here is very clear but mostly sandy so swimming is not very convenient. In addition, you should also be careful when moving on the rocks because there are quite a lot of barnacles attached there.

In addition to camping or taking souvenir photos, you can try your hand at catching snails here. If you are quick, you can even harvest a whole pot of snails to enjoy while having fun here.
